Charlton U21s will hope to continue their winning form as they welcome Bristol City to the Valley, writes Kwame Kufuor.

Charlton U21s play their second game inside a week with the visit of Bristol City.

The Addicks saw their 23-match unbeaten run come to an end after losing 2-1 to City in a Professional Development League 2 South game.

Jason Euell’s side are going into the match after responding with an impressive 3-1 win away at Nottingham Forest. The goals were scored by Brandon Hanlan, Kenneth Yao and Regan Charles-Cook to secure all three points for The Addicks.

Bristol City arrive on the back of a 2-0 defeat they suffered in the hands of Hull City at the KC stadium. Goals from Will Annan and Jarrod Bowen were enough to sink City.

With four matches still to be played, Euell hopes a win will take them a step closer to winning the League 2 South title.
