Bari Aim For Double Over Greenhouse

Matt Dean previews the meeting between Greenhouse Sports and London Bari in the Essex Senior League at The Coles Park Stadium.

Greenhouse Sports will be desperate to put their 6-0 weekend defeat against Basildon United behind them.

The last time Greenhouse shipped six goals was against Hullbridge Sports in October. Greenhouse’s defensive record has been woeful, as they have conceded 80 goals in 36 games.

Bari have been struggling for consistency, and have not achieved back-to-back wins since the end of March.

In the past two games, Sports have been swept aside by the top two – first a 4-0 home loss to Bowers & Pitsea, before Essex Senior League top goalscorer Bradley Warner bagged a hat-trick in a 6-0 away win for Basildon.

The last time Greenhouse Sports and Bari met in September, the team from the Old Spotted Dog stadium came from behind to win 3-2.
