Crank The Amp returns with a new earful from the musical world. Casey Cooper-Fiske and Aurora Henni Krogh head to Kamio in Shoreditch to check out Norwegian punk powerhouse Sløtface, with the blissful Beach Baby and East London locals Bad Nerves joining the Riot Girrl foursome.
It was a gig to make Jessica Hopper proud. Sløtface drummer Halvard Skeie Wiencke couldn’t hide the excitement surrounding their current tour: “It’s pretty crazy, I guess, it’s been good the last couple of days.”
No kidding!
