Imagine speed dating but with a twist, where instead of getting a date you get the opportunity to make music instead.
Well this is what is happening on Saturday February 2nd at the Rich Mix in Bethnal Green. The event is called Remix Speed Dating and any music makers and aspiring artists and songwriters need to arrive between 5 and 5.15pm to get on the list. Once the event starts, each participant will have five minutes to share there ideas with like minded musicians and producers. It is an opportunity to make contacts, exchange details and talk about possible future collaborations.
Makers of all types of music are welcome, from Afro-beats, reggae, ska, Balkan beats, techno, ghetto funk and much more. And the best part about it all is it’s absolutely free!
