Emma Brand reckons that Marvin Humes values family first and foremost.
Marvin Humes has been using social networking to show that since his band, JLS, split in 2013 he has been anything but bored. He is promoting various projects which include being a presenter on The Voice and a DJ at Capital FM, joining dance music collective LuvBug, releasing mixtapes he has created on Soundcloud, presenting This Morning, and most importantly, being a great dad to daughter Alaia-Mai.
The more time you spend on Marvin’s network, the more you can tell that family is what makes his world go round.
His Instagram account features photos of Alaia, but as a way of protecting her, her face is never shown. He is also sharing pictures of his wife, Rochelle Humes, saying “These two are my world! Alaia doesn’t yet fully know how lucky she is to have this woman as her mum! Happy Mothers Day @RochelleHumes we love you so much x”. It is clear from this how grateful he is for his family.
Marvin has a pinned tweet at the top of his Twitter feed with a link to where you can pre-order his latest single. Twitter was where he announced his new job at Capital, saying, “I have a brand new show starting Monday @CapitalOfficial so excited about it! Check my Instagram for all the details.”
Marvin also has a Snapchat that his fans can add and get more updates on what he is doing. Recently he has been chatting about a trip to Venice with Rochelle – he is clearly proud to have her as his wife.
Of course Marvin is still keen on music but from his social media profile it looks like family comes first.
