Earlier this week the Victoria Secret fashion show was held in New York. Three thousands guests watched 47 supermodels in a $50m lingerie show eagerly anticipated all around the world – including East London, where me and my friends could hardly wait to see what was on the catwalk.
The television show – the twentieth – will not be aired until 8 December. In the meantime, it’s essential to spend the day stalking through posts and photos of the event. Thank god for Instagram!

Candice made her first appearance in a blue swimwear set, proudly showing off her toned pins. Styled with the swimwear, the supermodel showcased heavily embellished angel wings and laced up suede boots, combining high street trend with luxury lingerie.
In her second appearance, the VS Angel exhibited an eye-catching winter themed ensemble. Candice dazzled in lingerie from the limited edition ‘Ice Angel’ collection. To complement the embellished bra, she wore a full body encrusted nude jumpsuit and wings to complete the angelic With the outfit exaggerating her faultless figure, her look startled the audience.

Worth $2m, the Fantasy Bra is a star in its own right. If only we could put that on our Christmas list!
The jewel encrusted piece included diamond (375 carats in total) and other gemstones (1374 carats). Reportedly, it took over 685 hours to place every one of the 6,500 gems featured in the bra.
And the answer to the question on everyone’s lips: Lily Aldridge, who showcased it perfectly. Besides the bra, Lily wore electric blue laser cut boots, the famous ‘Firework Panties’, and an ensemble of brightly coloured firework themed wings.
