Six Top Pix For Summer

If Hannah Blacklock was not swotting for her finals, these are the places she would pick to go this weekend.

Goosebumps Alive

In London’s latest immersive experience, you are invited to re-live your childhood through the 1990s cult horror series that prompted your irrational fear of the dark, and things that go bump in the night. Goosebumps Alive reimagines R. L. Stine’s infamous tales with a modern twist – and genuinely spine tingling results.

This recommended adult’s only affair is located throughout the dark, dingy drudges of The Vaults, below Waterloo station, and takes those who are brave enough on a journey through 19 rooms of horror and discovery – where “your childhood fears will become your adult nightmares”.

A child friendly version of the show is also on offer – adult guidance is recommended though.

Which of your deepest fears will you be faced with?

Details: Until June 2016 | The Vaults, Leake St, Waterloo, SE1 7NN | £10

SECRET Cinema

“When Jim, wakes from a coma to discover a deadly virus has infected London and society has all but collapsed, he must fight for survival in a world that has been torn apart by the infected.”

SECRET Cinema is back, and this time it is bringing to life Danny Boyle’s 2002 cult horror classic: 28 Days Later.

This interactive, cinematic offering will throw you right into the depths and turmoil of a post-apocalyptic world. Staged in a secret location in the heart of London, a themed screening of the film will take place, actors will immerse you in live scene re-enactments, and you will be fully submerged in the fictional sphere of (almost) the end of the world.

Will you make it out alive?

Details: Until 29th May 2016 | Secret Location | tickets £67, or £134 for VIP (18+)
