Ben Smith reports as the online offering finally rolls out to the British market…

WWE announced in the early hours of Friday morning that the WWE Network would be available to UK fans from Monday, November 3.

It was revealed yesterday that WWE had only gained 30,000 international subscriptions between mid-August and the end of September – hence they are looking to the UK market to boost those numbers.

UK fans will have access to the ‘Free November’ month on web, iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

From November 18, the network will also be reachable on Xbox 360, Xbox One, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku and Smart TVs.

Starting in December, fans can subscribe for $9.99 – which currently translates to £6.24 – per month.

The WWE Network broadcasts every pay-per-view live and on demand, as well NXT, Superstars, Main Event, and other original programming.

The network’s library has over 100,000 hours of content: essentially every WWE, WCW and ECW pay-per-view event in history, plus every Clash of the Champions, Saturday Night’s Main Event, and selected editions of ECW Hardcore TV, WCW Nitro, World Class Championship Wrestling, and so much more.

This Netflix-like streaming service has been praised for its value, and now fans from East London – and all over the country – can finally enjoy what the Americans have since February.
