COVID Cooking N0. 6: Beef Spring rolls

Quarantine cravings, we’re all getting them. If you are a lover of Chinese food then try making this quick and easy variation on the spring roll. Simply grab some bell peppers, onion, garlic and mince and you’re good to go. Not only are they yummy and crispy, but also very inexpensive as I only spent £5 on the ingredients. To keep to that budget I only used sunflower oil, but they are still crunchy and delicious. Kids will love them and can join the spring rolling fun.
