COVID Cooking No 2: A New Approach To Pancakes

COVID-19 encourages creative home cooking. For those of you with so little experience in the kitchen that you can’t fry an egg, here’s a chance to experiment and develop new skills.

Last Sunday I was craving some pancakes but I did not have flour or milk, so I had to improvise with different ingredients. Little did I know that this unexpected change to my original recipe was going to turn out so delicious. My new recipe makes the lightest and fluffiest pancakes ever! And it is all thanks to the following invention. Instead of using flour and milk, use oats and cottage cheese! What? Yes, it works! So without further ado, get on your aprons on try out something new.
