Leyton Orient produced one of their best performances of the season on Saturday as they registered a comfortable 3-0 win victory over Bradford City at Brisbane Road.

Charlie Kelman put the O’s ahead in the first half when he rounded Bradford goalkeeper Harry Lewis and slotted the ball into an empty net.

Tom James doubled Orient’s lead before half time with a trademark goal from range. The fullback curled the ball into the top corner after receiving the ball on the edge of the penalty area from George Moncur’s quickly taken corner.

Ruel Sotirou scored Orient’s third just three minutes after being introduced off the bench as he hammered the ball into the bottom corner of Bradford’s goal.

The win for Orient re-establishes their five-point lead at the top of League Two after Stevenage had closed the gap to two with their victory on Friday night.

Next up for Richie Wellens’ team is a trip to Gretsy Road to take on a Crewe Alexandra team who have been struggling for consistency in recent weeks.
