Simon Eaves previews the next fixture for Leyton Orient…

Leyton Orient will be searching for their first win of the season at Brisbane Road against Preston North End on Tuesday – and will be looking to bounce back from their humiliating 3-0 away loss against Port Vale.

This was Orient’s first loss in nine league games, after an undefeated run which stemmed back to April 2014.

Orient will be without Darius Henderson who will be serving the first of his three-match ban after receiving a red card for elbowing Port Vale defender Richard Duffy on Saturday.

Another doubt is O’s defender Romain Vincelot who is still suffering with a knee injury. Dean Cox, however, returned to the squad and will be looking for a start, which is a major boost.

Preston are approaching the clash in East London after coming back from 2-0 down to beat Fleetwood Town 3-2 at Deepdale in a impressive victory.

The Lilywhites have only lost once away from home this season in a 3-1 loss at Walsall, they are now unbeaten in six and will be looking to continue this rich vein of form.

Joe Garner was the star man against Fleetwood scoring a hat trick in 18 minutes at home on Saturday and will be looking to keep up that form against the O’s.

Preston are sitting second in the League with two games in hand and five points to make up on Bristol City, while the O’s who are 18th in the table, only one point off the relegation zone.

Preston are returning to Brisbane Road after beating Orient 1-0 at the venue in this fixture last season. The last meeting between the two ended as a 1-1 draw which Orient would be looking to put right this time.
