This is how Thomas Markle, the father of Duchess Meghan, closed his supposedly conciliatory letter to his estranged daughter. He had written the letter in response to Meghan’s pleas for him to stop publicising his side of their difficult relationship.
Thomas Markle told ET News that a message from his daughter left him “devastated” and feeling he had a “dagger to the heart”. Her message read: “Daddy, it is with a heavy heart that I write this, not understanding why you have chosen to take this path, turning a blind eye to the pain you’re causing.”
Meghan’s response to her father’s letter has not been made public. Meanwhile the public remains undecided on where the blame lies in this family feud.
It seems we just can’t get enough of this melodrama featuring a princess and the allegedly ugly side of her father.
