The UEL ladies are back again today! They will be replaying the University of Kent fourth team. This game will be the second to last game the ladies have remaining until the BUCS league comes to an end on the 9th of March 2022.

History

The UEL netball team have faced the Kent side before and managed to storm their way through them with a massive victory score of 46-23 on the 2nd of February.

The previous game was a very intense game as both teams played very hard to secure the win. However, UEL walked away with the crown that day.

The UEL team will be led by captain Ellie Eaton while the University of Kent will be led by their three captains, Georgia Bussey, Ruby Hammond, and Lizzie Bell.

Form

The University of Kent are currently third in the 8B division with a record of three wins and six losses so far in the BUCS league.

While the home side has been in a little slump of inconsistency in their past few games having won three out of their last five, they will enter the game looking to establish some sort of form as the season nears the end.

The University of Kent attack will be the one to look out for as in the last meeting the side played extremely well on offense but the all-around fluid team play from UEL managed to top the Kent side.

The game between UEL and Kent will take place on today at 4pm inside of the University of East London home court, the Sportsdock. It will be a home game for the UEL ladies, and there will be an expectant crowd cheering the ladies on.
