The Ambers make the journey to south east London, and the home of Bromley FC, as they take on seventh place Cray Wanderers in this pivotal league clash for both sides on Saturday.

The hosts can sneak into a playoff place with a win, which would cap off an excellent week after they strengthened their squad with the three-month loan signing of young winger, Joel Rollinson from Stevenage.

Back to League Action

Cheshunt have had a better week also, despite losing to Lewes 2-0 last Saturday, they quickly forgot about that and rampaged through to the semi final of the Hertfordshire Charity Cup with a storming 4-0 win over Potters Bar Town in the Quarter Finals on Tuesday, prior to this, Cheshunt had lost their last six games in all competitions, scoring only five goals in the process, conceding 15.

Recruitment Drive

They have also been busy improving their squad with a number of new additions, Ayuk Tarh (Maidstone Utd), Leon Lalor-Dell (Corinthian Casuals), Serge Arkarslan (Harlow Town), Reniq Senior and Darius Ghinea (Chelsea academy college), Amadou Kassarate and Bengt Anders Eriksson have all been signed up to help boost Cheshunt’s survival chances.

The teams last met in league action in the 2015-16 Isthmian North Season, where Cray ran out 2-0 winners at home and 1-0 winners at Theobald’s Lane. Cheshunt will be hoping to put it right this time around and get a result which can really kick start their season.
