COVID Cooking No 3: My Heart Belongs To Dolma

For the past few weeks dolma is all I’ve been craving for. It’s part of the Kurdish tradition, and everyone has their own way of making it. I love my dolma juicy and tangy! However, making dolma doesn’t come easy. It takes just over four hours to prepare and cook, but the end results are worth the aching back!
