From the Kray Twins who used to train there to the movie Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels which was shot there, this boxing club has produced more than 12 Olympic Champions. The motto of the club says it all- ‘Non Viscara…Non Gloria’ or ‘No Guts…No Glory’. Repton does not offer BoxFit classes or boxing for beginners, the club doesn’t go commercial as they say.

To this day the setting in the club is pretty much the same with the walls being filled with pictures of current and former world champions.
