Luke Keeler will defend his WBO European Middleweight Title against Brian Rose in the headline bout of a stacked card on December 14th at York Hall.

Akeem Ennis Brown, Johnny Coyle, Louis Green and Larry Ekundayo will all feature on the MTK Global promoted card, which will be live on BoxNation.

Fight Of The Night

Keeler (15-2-1), who secured the belt after a comfortable points decision against Conrad Cummings back in April, will be making his first defence against the experienced Rose (29-5-1).

The Birmingham-born boxer who is a former British Champion and World Title challenger at Super-Welterweight will first appear on November 9th in Manchester due to a large period of inactivity since his unanimous loss to Jack Arnfield back in March 2017.

Future Stars

Elsewhere on the card, two undefeated fighters will square off as Akeem Ennis Brown challenges Johnny Coyle for the vacant IBF European Super-Lightweight belt.

Ennis Brown (11-0), the current WBC Youth World Super-Lightweight champion, will look to continue to dazzling start to his career which has seen him pick up big wins against Glenn Foot and Chris Jenkins.

Coyle (19-0-1) picked up his biggest win since his surprise defeat of Sam Eggington in 2014 last time out, edging a close contest against the undefeated Lewis Benson in Belfast and will be looking to add another unbeaten fighter to his record before the end of the year.

Domestic Dust Up

Larry Ekundayo (14-1) will be making his first defence of the IBF European Welterweight strap at the same venue in which he won it when he takes on Louis Greene (9-0).

‘The Natural’, who’s only defeat came against World Title challenger Gary Corcoran, will be looking for a big win to catapult himself up the rankings to possibly challenge for the World Title, currently held by Errol Spence who won the title back in 2017 against Sheffield’s Kell Brook.
