Rising star Dominick Reyes (10-0) is set to face off against former UFC Light Heavyweight challenger Volken “No Time” Oezdemir (18-3) live in the O2 Arena on March.

Future star

The undefeated Reyes made his UFC debut back in 2017, he is currently 4-0 and is hoping to be a future challenger for the title after he takes on Oezdemir.

Three out of Reyes’ four wins in the UFC has been in the first round, two of them being knockouts and one by submission.

The last time Reyes was in action was back in October when he was able to defeat UFC light heavyweight veteran Ovince Saint Preux by unanimous decision.

Reyes is a serious contender in the light-heavyweight division and if he does manage to beat Oezdemir, he could be considered for a title shot this year.

Hoping for a come back

Volken “No Time” Oezdemir is a serious contender in the light-heavyweight division. He had an amazing breakout year in 2017, which resulted in Oezdemir winning many awards such as Sheerdog.com and Bloodyelbow.com’s breakout fighter of the year.

During his dominance over the light-heavyweight division back in 2017, Oezdemir was able to take out Ovince Saint Preux and got first-round wins over Misha Cirkunov and Jimi Manuwa.

However, 2018 was a year to forget for Oezdemir, he was unable to capture the UFC Light-Heavyweight championship from former champion Daniel Cormier back in January 2018.

He was also submitted in the third round by future title challenger Anthony ‘Lion Heart’ Smith.

Both men have got a lot on the line for this fight, Reyes wants to progress in dominating all challengers who are set in front of him and Ozedemir wants a shot at redemption and make 2019 his year.
