The University of East London women’s volleyball first team were crowned BUCS South Premier Champions for the fourth consecutive season.

The Blues defeated the University of Cambridge at their home with three straight sets and secured the league title.

Mathematically Champions

Rivals University of Essex who are in the second place in the league table with 21 points and two games in hand, have no chance mathematically to win the league because of the set difference between the two teams.

If the University of Essex manage to win their last two games of the league with three straight sets they will also have 27 points as UEL, but the set difference will be 23-22 for UEL.
