Game week 11 of the premier league was almost two weeks ago but there was no shortage of football both home and abroad as international fixtures filled the schedule/calendar, with many Premier League players have been away on international duty representing their country in World Cup qualifying matches and friendlies.

Here is a round up of how West Ham’s international players fared.

Declan Rice – Rice did not feature in either of England’s World Cup Qualifiers against Albania and San Marino having withdrawn from the England squad due to illness.

Kurt Zouma – Zouma was an unused substitute in France’s World Cup qualifying match against Kazakhstan but played the full 90 minutes against Finland scoring one goal and helping France keep a clean sheet in a 2 – 0 win.

Alphonse Areola – The goalkeeper was an unused substitute for both of France’s World Cup qualifying games against Finland and Kazakhstan.

Vladimir Cofaul – Vladimir Cofaul helped guide the Czech Republic to a 2 – 0 World Cup qualifying victory against Estonia and also played the full 90 minutes in a friendly against Kuwait scoring one goal in a 7 – 0 victory.

Alex Kral – Kral played the first 60 minutes in the Czech Republic’s 2 – 0 World Cup qualifying victory against Estonia. He also played the last 29 minutes in their 7 – 0 victory against Kuwait.

Tomas Soucek – Tomas Soucek was an unused substitute in the Czech Republic’s World Cup qualifying 2 – 0 victory against Estonia. He played the full 90 minutes and scored in the Czech’s 7 – 0 victory against Kuwait.

Arthur Masuaku – Arthur Masuaku played the full 90 minutes and received a yellow card in the Republic of Congo’s 3 – 0 win against Tanzania. He also played the full 90 minutes in Congo’s 2 – 0 victory against Benin.

Andriy Yarmolenko – Yarmolenko played the full 90 minutes in Ukraine’s friendly against Bulgaria which ended 1 -1. He also played 82 minutes in Ukraine’s 2 – 0 World Cup qualifying victory against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Michail Antonio – Antonio scored a goal in both of Jamaica’s World Cup qualifying matches against the USA and El Salvador. Both games ended one a piece.

Nikola Vlasic – Nikola Vlasic played in both of Croatia’s World Cup qualifiers. He played the first 58 minutes in Croatia’s 1 – 0 victory against Russia and came on for the last 36 minutes in 7 – 1 victory against Malta.

Said Benrahma – Benrahma played in both of Algeria’s World Cup qualifying matches. He played the full game and scored against one goal against Djibouti and was a 60th minute substitute in Algeria’s 2 – 2 draw
