Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte finally came face to face for the first time in their much-anticipated press conference at Wembley Stadium, both fighters displayed good hearted brotherly banter before they go to war on Saturday night.

Both Fighters Keep Face Off Respectful

Towering over Dillian with his 6ft 9 frame the WBO champion, and Whyte, the mandatory challenger, engaged in a respectful face off while preventing a potential onstage commotion between their entourages behind them.

Therefore, saving all the action for their sold out pay per view event this weekend.

“I’ve just prevented a ruckus on stage. People want a big ruckus at press conferences, all the screaming and shouting and punching. Listen, let the two boxers do the fight and enjoy it. It’s not for entourages to get involved or anything like that” Fury told BT’s Steve Bunce after the press conference.

Giving His Opponent Credit

Seated at the press conference table the unbeaten ‘Gypsy King’ Fury complimented his opponent Whyte and again reminded everyone, “He’s a good fighter. He’s a good, strong, solid man. He’s big, he’s strong, he’s tough, he’s game. He’s got a good punch on him, good power, he’s knocked out a lot of men. He’s definitely a man that needs a lot of respect, and that’s why I’ve given him all this training camp. I haven’t left any stones un-turned.”

While Whyte, keeping his focus on the mammoth task at hand stated, “I’m willing to do whatever it takes. I’m that kind of fighter where whatever I’ve got to do I will do: it’s victory by any means necessary. I’m not scared to take risks, I’ve taken risks my whole life so it’s nothing new. I’m ready to rock and roll.”

The fight weigh-in will take place at Wembley Boxpark and is scheduled to start at 2.40pm.
